Our store renovations are coming along very well.
Yes, we will be ready for store opening Tuesday at 10am
Our volunteers and staff have been working so hard to ensure the store will be ready.
On Friday it felt like every box we touched was multiplying.
Downsizing from 11,000 square feet to 5,000 square feet became very overwhelming.
Everyone hunkered down and got it done.
Today we are pushing to the finish line.

This is the what the new classroom looked like on Thursday.
How were we going to get this looking good?
We had to remove 50 feet of racking.
But the results are incredible
Here is the new classroom / retreat centre.
We have made the following improvements.
- 25% bigger than the original classroom / retreat centre.
- 6 independent power supplies to avoid blown breakers.
- Power supply dropped from the ceiling to avoid tripping hazards on the floor
- Insulation added to the walls for more comfort.
- Able to hold 24 students with sewing machines.
- 2 flat screen televisions for presentations - on order.
- 80 foot design wall.
- Ability to hold 60 people at tables for meeting and events.
- Abilty to split the classroom / retreat centre into 2 smaller events.
