Beginner Quilting
Learn quilting basics, how to choose fabrics, cut, sew and finish your quilt.
Week 1 - Quilting basics, choosing fabric, rotary cutting, matching seams and proper seam pressing.
Week 2 - Cutting squares, laying out rows.
Week 3 - Finishing the quilt top.
Week 4 - Making a quilt sandwich.
Week 5 - Simple machine quilting, stitch in the ditch.
Week 6 - Binding the quilt, labeling quilts.
Supply List; Basic sewing supplies ie; scissors, pins, seam gauge or ruler, seam ripper, rotary cutter, cutting mat, 6 1/2 X 24 inch ruler,
