Dragonfly Quilting & Gifts is proud to offer a classroom for groups of 6, 12, 18 or 24 sewers.

We are committed to inspiring and giving you confidence through honesty, quality and good old fashioned customer service.

The room is available to guild, groups, individuals or educators.

Hours are from 9am - 4pm - Tuesday to Saturday

An introductory price of $50 is being offered until September 1, 2023

At which time prices will be as follows

Group of 6 or less - $50
7- 12 - $50
13 - 18 - $75
19 - 24 - $100

Plus during the course of the event, all participants will receive 15% off regular priced in stock or special order items, including fabric, notions and thread.
In addition, Mr. Dragonfly will offer a surprise sale for all participants.

Educators - Dragonfly Quilting & Gifts can advertise and register your class, in addition we will advertise your class through our email, facebook & Instagram page.
You will be provided all the names and emails of participants to your class
At time of registering students will pay a $5 non refundable fee to sign up for the class.
(Refunds will be available, in the event the class is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control)
Students will pay the educator directly at time of or before the class.

Each classroom will have a 12 - 50 foot design wall (depending on class size)
One 58" television
Cutting table
Ironing station
power for machines and irons
Amazing lighting.
Individual 6 foot tables and chairs

A community area is available for participants to bring in your own food.
Plus have access to a microwave, tea & coffee.

There are many restaurants within walking distance which include Tim Hortons, Mcdonalds, Boston Pizza, Freshii, Starbucks, Sushi and Save On Foods

Out of town - Have an RV, you are welcome to stay in front of our warehouse, 
Holiday Inn Express only 1 block away.

Our classroom with groups less than 18 will be split by a moveable wall in the following configurations
24 - Full classroom - Approx size 1250 square feet
18 / 6 - 18 students -Approx size 900 square feet - 6 students - Approx size 300 square feet
12 / 12 - 12 students - Approx size 600 square feet

*Rooms are booked on a first come first served basis.
A $50 **non refundable deposit is required at time of booking regardless of the size of your group.
Once booked your name of the group will put up on the website.


** A wait list is available for groups who are looking for a particular day, at which time the first group will be refunded, ONLY in the event another group is able to rent the space

Dragonfly Quilting & Gifts has created this classroom to offer our customers an opportunity to be with like minded people in a positive environment. Situations will occur which are beyond our control, at which time, Dragonfly Quilting & Gifts reserves the right to make changes accordingly.

Example - If a group has booked the entire classroom(24) for an infinite time, and over the course of time, Dragonfly Quilting & Gifts notices that the group only has 16 member attending. Dragonfly Quilting reserves the right to adjust the classroom size to accommodate a group of 6. Thank you for your understanding.

We are offering low rental rates to encourage your members to enjoy all the products which we have in our store.
