How do I login to my account?

Creating Your Website Login Account

Follow these steps to create your account login:

  1. Go to the website and click the Login link on the far right.
  2. Just below the login area, click Create Account.
  3. Enter your email address, then enter your passwordRe-enter your password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least one non-alphanumeric character (the best passwords will have at least on capital letter, one number, and at least one non-letter, non-number character, such as !, $, %, etc., and should not be a password you've used in the past).
  4. Click Create Account, then go to your email inbox and click the link provided to activate your account.
  5. You'll be taken to an account activation page on the website; click the Activate Account button, and then log into the account for the first time.
  6. Once you have logged in, you'll be able to see your account information

How much will it cost to ship to Canada? or USA?


All orders are shipped from Surrey, B.C Canada V3S 7X1
Based on volumes all orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday)
If an item is out of stock, we will let you know ASAP to avoid any disappointment.
Based on your situations we can hold orders until they are complete to save money on shipping.
Canada Rates

  •   FREE Shipping over $199.00 this includes *batting
  •   $18.50 for orders under $198.99
*Batting Orders - Dragonfly Quilting & Gifts will cover up to $60 freight charge anywhere in Canada. If the amount is over $60, we will contact you with the difference. This situation does not occur often.

(500g and under) will ship Canada Post letter mail and will arrive in 2-9 business days. (no tracking number)
Larger order will ship via Canada Post or CanPar and will arrive in 2-7 business days. (with tracking number)
We will always ship the most economical way.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or late packages to Canada
Need if FAST – We can accommodate for an additional charge.

What is your conversion to US customers?


We sell by the metre (a metre is 39.5” and a yard is 36”)

Payments are made in Canadian dollars. Your credit card will show the conversion rate.

What is your shipping cost for other countries besides USA or Canada?

International Rates

We will notify you once your order is placed, at which time you can cancel if you are not happy with the rate.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or late packages.

 




Once the parcel leaves the warehouse...


We are not responsible for lost, stolen, weather related damage, or delays once packages leave our warehouse or have been deemed “Delivered” by the courier.

If your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the courier to cover the costs. (Full cost may not be covered based on situations) We will file a claim on your behalf which you must provide detailed pictures of the damage.

Insurance & Signature is available at an additional fee.

Incorrect Address – If your package is returned due to a wrong address on your part and item is returned you are responsible for additional shipping charges.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:


US and International customers may experience delays and additional fees for customs, duties and taxes.

This situation is widely based on country of destination. We have no control over potential extra charges. If a custom clearance procedure is involved your parcel could be delayed and additional charges may occur for duties and taxes but these situations are rare.



What is your return policy?

Unopened notions, thread, kits or precuts may be returned for store credit within 30 days of original purchase.
We do not accept returns of cut fabric. 

The returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number so we can get the item back in stock.

Any shipping on returns will be paid by the buyer.



Cancellations
After your order is placed online the work begins to get it shipped off to you in a timely manner. 
Refunds to the original method of payment (debit/credit) will be offered if the fabric you have ordered is out of stock.

Inventory
Please note that Dragonfly Quilting and Gifts has a large variety of product available to you on our website. Not all items are in stock at all times.  You will be notified if your items are not in stock within 2-3 days of ordering. Backordered items can create a delay of approx. 2 – 3 weeks and you always have the option of having what is in stock shipped first and the remainder upon its arrival  - at no extra shipping charge to you!
